Procter & Gamble has appointed Hill & Knowlton to handle its sponsorship account for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

P&G is looking to build on its sponsorship of Team USA at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games which resulted in improved favourability, greater market share and nearly $100m in incremental sales.??
P&G’s portfolio of brands will sponsor athletes and national teams in the build up to London 2012.
Hill &Knowlton will advise P&G on its corporate communications, provide sports marketing counsel, manage its social engagement campaign and work with the current roster of P&G agencies in creating and coordinating consumer brand activation plans with P&G’s brands.
