Sky and Amazon Prime Video renew multi-year agreement
Pay-TV provider Sky and streaming service Amazon Prime Video have announced an extension of their longstanding partnership.
Through the renewed agreement, Sky users will continue to have access to Prime Video’s Premier League and UEFA Champions League coverage.
The collaboration provides Sky users with Prime subsciptions with access to live sport, TV series, and films across both platforms, in one place.
The deal, which was first signed in 2020, covers the UK, as well as Ireland, Germany, Austria, Italy and Switzerland.
“We know Prime Video customers appreciate being able to access all their favourite TV series, movies and live sport from Prime Video whilst watching Sky,” said Barry Furlong, VP of Prime Video Europe.
“It’s a great time for Prime Video and Sky customers alike to tune in for our line-up of must-watch TV and movies, plus of course UEFA Champions League football in the UK, Germany and Italy.”
