Sport Industry Group Announces Key Appointments
James Monteith, the former Director of BMI Sport Info, has been appointed Managing Director of the Sport Industry Group in South Africa, and will lead its continued expansion as it helps set the agenda for the country’s dynamic sports marketplace through world-class events and strong content provision.
Monteith, who will take up his new role immediately, will lead on all aspects of the company’s business from its office in Johannesburg.
Meanwhile, Adam Fraser, the organisation’s Head of Communications, will also take on the role of Executive Director of the Sport Industry Group in the UK, where the company operates leading industry events including the BT Sport Industry Awards and Nolan Partners Sport Industry Breakfast Club.
