Worldwide footwear brand, Ecco has appointed TVC as its lead global PR agency with responsibility for the company’s sport ranges.
The agency won the business with the Denmark-based brand following a pitch process run by Creative Brief.
The new agency will work closely with Ecco’s global communications team to establish the strategic direction and be responsible for performance including Natural Motion and Outdoor.
They will be responsible for disseminating this strategy and creating compelling content for Ecco’s regional marketing teams and local PR agencies in the America’s, EMEA and APAC regions.
The new agency will report directly to the leader of Centers of Excellence, Lene Nedergaard, who said: ‘We were looking for an agency with a passion for sport alongside global PR experience and TVC fit the bill’.
‘They will help us to communicate a consistent message through all of our regions, providing each local team with the right content to appeal to our customers. We’re very excited about what lies ahead’.?

The successful agency overcame stiff opposition during a two-stage pitch process which included a chemistry meeting and final pitch, both at Ecco global headquarters in Tønder, Denmark.
The agency has begun the on-boarding process with an official start date of 1st August.
