Two Circles has announced the acquisition of US-based creative agency Let It Fly Media.

The company will be renamed as Two Circles, as it is integrated into the sports marketing giant’s brand.

Founded in 2017 by Andrew Carter and Ben Walnick in Kansas City, Let It Fly specialises in sports video production and storytelling, including branded media and event coverage.

Let It Fly has delivered social and digital activations, as well as producing live and long-form content for partners that include the KC Current NWSL team, Formula One’s Miami Grand Prix, the College Football Playoff and the Rose Bowl.

London-based Two Circles’ global client roster includes the NFL, Formula One, FIFA, UEFA, the Premier League, MLB and the NWSL.

Gareth Balch, CEO of Two Circles, said, “Collaborating with Let It Fly Media presents a multitude of opportunities to expand revenue streams around content.

“Our shared objective is to create more – developing powerful brands, strengthening connections with audiences, and generating more revenue for our clients.”

Walnick, added, “Now, with both companies working alongside some of the most influential brands and properties, the upside is enormous.

“We are thrilled to kick off this new chapter with Two Circles, marrying the best in the world in data-driven marketing and revenue growth, with brilliant creativity, to make a lasting impact on the future of global sports.”
