Weir Agrees New Sponsorship Deal
David Weir CBE, who won four golds at the London 2012 Paralympic Games, has signed a two-year sponsorship deal with Penta Consulting, a recruitment company – which will run up until the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
Weir said of the deal: ‘I am very happy to be associated with such a successful global company and I like the fact that Penta is based in Wallington where I come from. I’m looking forward to being involved with them over the next two years.’
Chief executive and founder of Penta, Paul Clark, added: ‘We will be supporting David over the next two years in the build up to the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in 2014 as he competes all around the world. We are absolutely thrilled to be championing David as there is such a natural fit between him and our company, both locally and internationally.’
